Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Directors are elected by the members annually during the Annual Meeting held every February.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	Reviewed by the Board Members prior to filing and made available to the general public. Copy of Final 990 is distributed to the Board during the Regular Board Meeting after submission to the IRS.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	CEO and top management officials' compensation are evaluated and deliberated by the Board in a Special Executive Committee session. It includes comparison of comparable compensation among positions in the same field and line of expertise through independent persons/resources. Latest Compensation Survey conducted by CUNA is also being utilized as part of the the CU's Due Diligence.
