| Form 990, Part III | Representing more than 54,000 registrants across the globe, the IICRC is an international non-profit certifying body. In addition, the IICRC is an ANSI-accredited Standards Developing Organization (SDO) that works with interested industry associations and organizations to develop consensus-based standards. The IICRC, with industry-wide participation, certifies and develops certifications and standards for inspection, cleaning and restoration. The IICRC also serves as valuable consumer referral source for certified technicians and firms. There are currently more than 54,000 active certified technicians, many with multiple certifications, and more than 6,000 Certified Firms around the world. |

("Kenway") to perform management and administrative functions and provide certain office equipment and facilities used for the operation of IICRC. | Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c | The conflict of interest policy is monitored by the President and Treasurer. Board members are required to disclose any possible conflicts of interest. Whenever a conflict of interest situation arises, the corporate minutes or other records document the nature of the disclosure given regarding the conflict, as well as the Board's proceedings to evaluate the relevant transaction in light of the conflict. An IICRC Associate having a conflict of interest should make sure that his or her absence from discussion and abstention from a vote relating thereto is duly noted in the meeting minutes. The conflict of interest policy contains the following key concepts of which each the IICRC Associate should be mindful: disclose; remove from discussion; abstain from voting; document. When in doubt, Associates are encouraged to ask questions and seek input from other Associates, the Ethics Committee, the IICRC Board, or the IICRC legal counsel. |
