	REPRESENTATION Nine business agents carry out the contract enforcement and employment relations activity on behalf of the 13,574 State of MN employees represented plus 78 other members employed by Cities and School Districts. They oversee and arrange all meetings with members and all statutorily recognized meet and confer meetings with agencies. The business agents also file grievences, handle training for 406 stewards and work to increase membership..

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	- The Minnesota Association of Professional Employees MAPE has 13,652 members as of 12-31-15 that consist of full and fair-share dues payers. Full members have voting rights and are represented in regard to the contract. Fair-share persons do not have voting rights but are still represented in regard to the contract.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	- The full members of MAPE are eligible to vote for their regional representative on the Board of Directors.
