Part X, Line 2: As of December 31, 2015, the Organization had no uncertain tax positions that qualify for either recognition or disclosure in the financial statements. The Organization's tax-exempt status was approved effective December 2013. The Organization filed information returns applicable to its tax-exempt status for the years ended December 31, 2011 and 2012. The Organization may be subject to interest and penalties associated with late filing of the returns from 2005 through 2010, the amount of which is not readily determinable.
