Form 990, Part VI, Line 3: Description of Delegated Duties to Management Company CLEER is a research affiliate of The Energy Council under common control. The Energy Council provides CLEER operating services and support including (1) space, equipment, supplies and other items necessary for day-to-day functioning of CLEER, (ii) conference dialogue services, and (iii) such other services and support as shall be agreed upon to by CLEER and The Energy Council.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 6: Explanation of Classes of Members or Shareholder The members of CLEER consist of legislators appointed to serve on The Energy Council, a Texas non-profit corporation, from its members states: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Texas and Wyoming. All of the members from a particular member state shall be entitled, in the aggregate, to one vote such that the total number of member votes shall always equal the number of member states.
