Its board consists of one Trustee. The trustee is a bank that has a fiduciary duty to manage investments in the interest of the beneficiaries and operates pursuant to a stringent code of conduct. Additionally, the VEBA does not have any employees. Therefore, there are no processes related to employee compensation. Part VI, question 11 - The Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution personnel responsible for the trust receive and review the Form 990 prior to signing.
