Pt VI, Line 7a The members elect the governing body each year. These elected officials make decisions for the organization based on member needs and board approval as guided in the by-laws of the entity.
Pt VI, Line 11b The independent accountant meets with an officer of the organization upon finalizing fiscal year management records. All fund activity is reviewed for accuracy and approved for tax reporting. All changes in fud balances and activity is presented to the board of trustees for review and approval for tax reporting.
