	Added a third salaried staff position and one temporary staff position to fulfill the organizational mission. Full time staff positions actualized the duties of executive director, project coordinator and communications and education coordinator. Developed educational programs and facilitated efforts to educate target audiences and generated approximately 11.4 million annual ad impressions. The range of educational topics across all organizational media platforms included the legal history of biofuels, statewide opportunities to achieve environmental and energy public policy objectives with renewable biofuels and educational and geopositioning tools to enable motorists to find and have greater access to renewable biofuels to thereby control fuel costs, use locally produced renewable biofuel and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

	The scope of education and outreach projects were further expanded and new ones were added. Extensive research was conducted on dozens of scientific, economic, policy and technical issues related to biofuels. Information requirements for each issue target audience were assessed and appropriate educational materials were prepared. For instance, a new project successfully brought together subject matter experts and state agency officials to learn about the latest regulations and technical issues with respect to E15, fuel storage and dispensing equipment and market development.
