PART I - LINE 5	Affiliation agreement: To support its activities, TAG entered into an affiliation agreement with Interactive Advertising Bureau, Inc. (IAB), a non-profit corporation. The agreement commenced July 1, 2015 for a one-year period, which automatically renews for successive one year periods unless cancelled in writing by either party at least 120 days prior to termination. Under the terms set forth in the agreement, IAB provides TAG with certain professional and administrative staffing, office space, office services, other administrative support and limited licensing of certain intellectual property of IAB. Program contractor: To support its activities, TAG entered into an agreement with IAB Technology Laboratory, Inc. ("TechLab"), a non-profit corporation. The agreement commenced July 1, 2015 for a one-year period, which automatically renews for successive month-to-month periods unless cancelled in writing by either party at least 30 days prior to termination. Under the terms set forth in the agreement, TechLab provides TAG with strategic working group management and oversight for various programs. PART III - LINE 1 THE TRUSTWORTHY ACCOUNTABILITY GROUP ("TAG") IS A CROSS-INDUSTRY ACCOUNTABILITY ORGANIZATION ESTABLISHED TO COMBAT CRIMINAL ACTIVITY ACROSS THE DIGITAL ADVERTISING SUPPLY CHAIN.
