What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Our organization provides coordination for our members volunteer activities around the Saint Paul Winter Carnival and provides the greater Saint Paul business community connecting businesses and their leaders with a mechanism to engage in business with the market that is created by our members around the Saint Paul Winter Carnival. Our organizations members are all former ambassadors from the Winter Carnival.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Annual winter carnival activities including the Vulcan Victory Dance, summer and fall socials, pancake breakfast, silent auctions and annual fundraiser. These create social opportunities for former community ambassadors and provide support to local public and private educational institutions to help their students connect with the Carnival. We invest up to 200 hours on these efforts.

29 The annual Snow Carving competition welcomes the community to see the talents of snow sculptors as they craft giant carvings out of 10' blocks of snow. It is very popular with families and we provide coordination, equipment, volunteers and planning to make the event possible. We estimate this involves 1600 hours of volunteer time. We use equipment donations in the block construction.

30 Annually three groups within our organization develop a plan to raise funds to support the new Vulcan krewe in the Winter Carnival, our antique fire apparatus which is used for krewe transportation and a general fundraiser to help our organization fund itself.
