Form 990, Part I, Line 1	The Clark County Fair Board organzies and conducts the annual fair of Clark County, Nevada for the benefit of the residents of the county, which includes the cities of Las Vegas, Henderson, and Mesquite among others. The fair runs for four days in April, and is comprised of carnival, rodeo, livestock show, art and cultural exhibits, industrial arts, homemaking skills and several other activities. The public at large is invited to come to the fair, enter contests, exhibit art, animals and other items. Residents are also encouraged to join 4-H and other groups who use the fairs facilities.
