What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE TEXAS PRIVATE SCHOOL ASSOCIATION PRIMARY FUNCTION IS TO PROVIDE A FRAMEWORK FOR COMMUNICATION AND COOPERATION AMONG VARIOUS TYPES OF PRIVATE OR NON-PUBLIC SCHOOLS, THEIR PUBLIC SCHOOL COUNTERPARTS AND THE TEXAS COMMISSIONER OF EDUCATION.
