Briefly describe the organization’s mission: The Fund provides instruction, education and training for apprentices and journeymen in the plumbing, steamfitting, heating and air conditioning industries in the southern New Jersey area. UA Local 322 has made the commitment and the investment to ensure a skilled workforce for our contractors that can get the job done right, on time, and frequently under budget. A workforce that will give the public a quality construction product in their homes, hospitals, shopping malls, power plants and workplaces.
