THIS PLAN IS SHARED WITH THE GRANTING AGENCY UPON REQUEST. CAREERSOURCE MONITORS ITS GRANTS TO ENSURE THAT SUCH GRANTS ARE USED FOR PROPER PURPOSES AND ARE NOT OTHERWISE DIVERTED FROM THE INTENDED USE.
