FORM 990, PART VI, SECTION B, LINE 11B	Before the 990 is filed with the IRS, it is reviewed first by the Senior Director, Accounting and VP of Finance and Administration. Following their review, it is reviewed by a member of the Finance and Audit Committee. The Board passed a resolution to give the Finance Committee the responsibility of approving the 990.
FORM 990, PART VI, SECTION B, LINE 12C	The Chamber requires new Board members and employees to sign a conflict of interest statement. The Chamber also asks for annual updates from the Board members and staff.
