The purpose of the loan is a direct financing receivable.The Organization entered into a lease agreement with Advanced Illuminations, Inc. The Organization will lease a building to the aforementioned company for five years with the expectation the building will be purchased upon expiration of the agreement. Advanced Illuminations, Inc. is 40% owned by Bill Thrailkill, a member of the Organization's Board of Directors.
