	1.) Marketing Clay County, FL to the world as an outstanding location to grow a successful business. This program is pursued through a range of outreach and education efforts including: our website (www.chooseclay.com); attendance and participation in trade shows and conferences to engage re-locating companies, and the professional site selectors who represent them; direct contact with re-locating companies and the professional site selectors who represent them. 2.) Successful support of relocating and expanding companies that created new high-wage jobs in Clay County, FL. Specifically Calavo Growers, Inc., an international agricultural distribution company relocated to Clay County, and plans to hire >300 people in the next three years; Alliance & Associates, a financial services company moved into a new office building in Clay County and brought 150 new employees to Clay County; supported the expansion of existing manufacturer Vac-Con by facilitating a Qualified Target Industry tax incentive. 3.) Management of a $80,000 Defense Reinvestment Grant which reimbursed us for some of our expenses related to fulfilling our mission.
