Briefly describe the organization’s mission: Calvert Education Association, Inc.'s mission is to represent members with regard to working conditions, work consistently for the welfare of the teachers and pupils of Calvert County, to unify and strengthen the teaching profession throughout Calvert County, to present a clear interpretation of the schools to the public, to promote confidence, respect, and cooperation among all who are directly or indirectly engaged in educational work in Calvert County, and to encourage students to earn a teaching degree and to inform them of the benefits and rewards of becoming a certified teacher.
