Part X, Line 2:	The Association is exempt from the payment of both federal and state income taxes under the provisions of Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954. The Association had no non-exempt taxable income in either fiscal 2016 or 2015, and, accordingly, accrued no income taxes. The Association evaluates its tax positions that have been taken or are expected to be taken on income tax returns to determine if an accrual is necessary for uncertain tax positions. As of June 30, 2016 and 2015, the unrecognized tax benefit accrual was zero. The Association will recognize future accrued interest and penalties related to unrecognized tax benefits in income tax expense if incurred.
