Explanation:

The Preparer contracted bone cancer in the fall of 2016 when preparing this report. This is a debilitating disease so sought help from the group's treasurer who started to work on the report but then left school taking records with him. We discovered his failure to file when your late notice came so began rebuilding the records and reconstructing missing records. Even now, preparing the report is a struggle since the disease has not been cured. We have undergone surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy battling this disease and are not cured as of this filing. Some days are "non-operable", but seeking spousal help has finally produced this report. Dr. Keith Wright here in Manhattan, KS can verify presence of this disease and its debilitation.
