Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6	The organization has four categories of membership: Category 1 is Manufacturer/Distributor and Billiard Media, Category 2 is Retailer, Category 3 is Room Operator and Category 4 is Affiliate. Categories 1, 2 and 3 have voting privileges but Category 4 does not have voting privileges.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a	Members of the respective categories elect board directors from among the Designated Representatives of the category. Category 1 elects six directors, Category 2 elects two directors and Category 3 elects one director.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7b	A portion of the Bylaws may only be amended, repealed or altered, in whole or in part by a majority vote or mail vote of the membership. The Board of Directors may also, at their discretion, put to a vote of the member entities with voting rights any question or decision.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11	The Form 990 will be approved and reviewed by the Finance committee and then sent to all board members before filing.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c	It is standard protocol during every BCA Board of Directors meeting to remind Board members of the responsibility for supporting the BCA's Statement of Principles on Ethical Behavior and Conflict of Interest Policy.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15a	The executive committee determines compensation based on Corporation compensation and performance metrics.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, line 19	The governing documents and annual report is posted on the website. Conflict of interest policy is available upon request.
Form 990, Part XII, Line 2c	The process has not changed from the prior year.
