Explanation:

I originally sent a paper copy of Form 990 to the IRS in Ogden UT. There was a mixup with our Tax ID # and I was near the filing date of 8-15-16. A letter was sent to Ogden explaining this along with a paper copy of the Form 990 for 2015.
