THE ORGANIZATION HAS HAD TURNOVER AMONG THE VARIOUS OFFICER POSITIONS IN THE CURRENT YEAR AND THE 990 FILING RESPONSIBILITIES WERE NOT WELL COMMUNICATED TO THE NEW OFFICERS.
