Administrative and management fees approximating $304,000 for the year ended March 31, 2016 were paid to a management company controlled by the Association's president.The Association has entered into two agreements, each expiring on April 26, 2017, with an entity controlled by the Association's president. Under an Exhibit and Presentation Agreement the vendor pays the Association for the exhibit and presentation space at Association sponsored conventions and meetings in an amount equal to 20% of its gross service collections. In addition, under an Endorsement and Licensing Agreement, the vendor pays 20% of gross service collections as royalties for use of the Association name and other proprietary marks.
