Return Reference Explanation
Part X, Line 2: No provision has been made for federal or state income taxes as the Fund is a nonprofit organization exempt from income taxes under Section 501(c)(5) of the Internal Revenue Code. Management performs an annual analysis of the Fund's various tax positions, assessing the likelihood of those positions being upheld upon examination by relevant taxing authorities. Management believes the Fund has conducted its operations in accordance with applicable income tax reporting requirements, and has properly maintained its tax-exempt status, and has taken no material uncertain tax positions that qualify for recognition or disclosure in the financial statements. The Fund is no longer subject to U.S. federal, state and local income tax examinations by tax authorities for years before 2013.
