Part X : FIN48 Footnote	The Club has adopted Accounting Standards Codification Section 740,which requires a more-likely than not threshold for financial statement recognition and measurement of tax positions taken or expected to be taken in the Club's tax returns. Management believes the tax positions taken on the Club's tax returns are fairly stated. To the extent that management's assessment of such tax positions changes, the change in estimate is recorded in the period in which the determination is made. The Club would report tax related interest and penalties, if any, as a component of income tax expense. Current federal and state of Arizona open tax years are September 30, 2013 through current and September 30, 2012 through current, respectively.
