Form 990, Part VI, Line 7a: How Members or Shareholders Elect Governing Body The Association has six classes of membership. Individuals from any class of membership may serve on committees and otherwise perform duties in accordance with procedures established by the Board of Directors or the Bylaws. Professional, Cooking School, Business, and Corporate members may vote at membership meetings, chair committees, and may be elected to the Board of Directors.
