| Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15 | The AANA has designed and implemented an executive compensation committee to address the compensation of it's executive director/CEO. The purpose of the ECC, assisted by its general counsel, is to ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements and a meaningful assessment of evaluation of executive compensation. Recently, the ECC has employed PwC to perform a comprehensive assessment of the ED/CEO evaluation tools and to benchmark its ED/CEO compensation. After identifying an appropriate peer universe, an assessment was made that verified the appropriateness of the current compensation of the AANA's ED/CEO. Ongoing efforts are being undertaken to ensure appropriate evaluation tools are in place, moving forward, to evaluate executive performance. |
