Part X, Line 2:	Management is required to evaluate tax positions taken by the Lodge and recognize a tax liability if the Lodge has taken an uncertain position that, more likely than not, would not be sustained upon examination by the U.S. Federal, state, or local taxing authorities. The Lodge is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however, there are currently no audits for any tax periods in progress. Typically, tax years will remain open for three years; however, this may differ depending upon the circumstances of the Lodge.

Qualifications for membership are stated in Section 4 of Lodge 13's by-laws. These qualifications shall be in accordance with Article 27 of the international constitution. Both Lodge 13's by-laws and the international constitution are available upon request.
