Albuquerque Navajo Elks Lodge 863 defaulted on a Bank loan and was 4 years behind on property taxes that cause the organization to be in foreclosure and the property was also place to be auctioned off. We sold the building immediately to preserve any equity that we could get out of the building for continuance of our organization thereby allowing us to rent or lease a smaller building for our community service.
