Explanation:

The finance and accounting work was transitioned mid-year to the Finance Department of the American Nurses Association. This transition occurred but significant changes took place in ANA's Finance and Accounting team. The production of financial statements and the completion of the IRS Form 990 were significantly delayed. Due to these reasons, we are asking that all penalties and or interest be abated.
