The committee includes all Officers of the Board - President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The scope of the committee includes approval of actions that can be presented on a consent agenda for the full board. |
| Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11 | The Executive Committee reviews the draft before it is filed. A copy of the Form 990 is emailed to the Board for review. |
