Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6	Officers of the state council are elected by voting delegates from each of the approximately 60 subordinate councils. Each council has two voting delagates that are eligible to vote at the annual state convention.
Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a	Each of the approximately 60 local councils can elect to send two delagates to the annual state convention to vote for the officers of the state council.
