The Trust does not have any entity level uncertain tax positions. The Trust files income tax returns in the U.S. federal jurisdiction and various state jurisdictions. Form 990, Part V, Line 1 and 2:	The Tacoma School District provides office space and technical support for Trust operations. The Trust reimburses the Tacoma School District for the salaries of the Trust's Executive Director, secretarial staff and benefit technician. As such, the appropriate payroll forms are filed by the Tacoma School District.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11	An independent accounting firm is hired to prepare the 990 and the executive director reviews the form for accuracy prior to submission to the service.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c	If it is found that a conflict of interest existed then members would be informed by letter and information provided on website.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15a	Compensation of the CEO, Executive Director, and any other top management is determined by comparability data that is used by the HR department of the Tacoma Public schools to determine payroll position within a developed matrix used by the district to pay for all administrators.
