	Crawfish Festival The Association hosts an annual festival to bring the community's attention to the Rosewood Merchants. The festival includes family-friendly activities such as music, face painting, balloon animals, magic shows, live banks, food and beverages. More than 20 food vendors and more than 25 art vendors participated in the event that was attended by more than 12,000 people.

	Rosewood Community Projects: This year's project upgraded the neighborhood's appearance by replacing dated, rusty fencing with new attractive fencing. The landscaping of the area was improved with new shrubs. The association contributed to the ongoing maintenance of the area by cleaning and maintaining security.
