Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a	The WAFP House of Delegates is made up of delegates representing local (county) chapters of the WAFP. It elects board members and delegates to represent the WAFP to the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) Congress of Delegates.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11	WAFP staff reviews the 990 and works with the CPA firm preparing the return to ensure its accuracy. The Treasurer and the rest of the WAFP Board of Directors is provided a copy of the 990 prior to it being filed with the IRS.
