Part X, Line 2:	As a private social club, the Eau Claire Golf and Country Club has qualified for exemption from federal income taxes on income derived from its members under Code Section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code. In addition, the Club is exempt from Wisconsin income taxes on income derived from its members. Income derived from investments and from nonmembers who are not guests of members is subject to federal and Wisconsin income tax. The Club has evaluated its tax positions and determined it has no uncertain tax positions as of October 31, 2016 and 2015. The Club has evaluated its tax positions and determined it has no uncertain tax positions as of October 31, 2016 and 2015. The Club's Form 990 returns remain open to federal and state income tax examination through statutory time periods
