Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	The PCI-IW board of directors is made up of the representatives of the 15 producer member companies and 1 associate member company representative.
Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	The board executive committee is made up of the slate of officers which includes 3 producer member representatives and 1 associate member representative. This slate of officers is considered and voted on at the PCI-IW annual meeting in July of every year.
