Pt VI, Line 6	This organization is a non-stock, not for profit entity. There are no stockholders at May 31, 2016. Current members total 331.
Pt VI, Line 7a	The members elect the governing body each year. These elected officials make decisions based on member's best interest and for their benefit. Policies and procedures are directed by the by-laws.
Pt VI, Line 11b	A copy of the 990 is available for review by any member who requests to review this information. The governing doby reviews all fund activity and approves financial reporting as needed for tax reporting purposes. Form 990 is available on premis and upon request from the secretary of the organization.
Pt VI, Line 12c	The organization does regularly and consistently monitor and enforce compliance with the conflict of interest policies. The board of trustees addresses these issues in a regularly monthly meeting as circumstances arise.
