The Personnel Committee is comprised of the Milwaukee NARI Executive Committee, (the Chapter's Officers), and the Personnel Committee Chairperson, (a past Chairman of the Board). The Personnel Committee engaged a professional management recruiting firm to assist in the development of a competitive salary and compensation structure for acquisition of a new Executive Director in light of the replacement of the Chapter's previous Executive Director of 9-years. The compensation recommendations of the recruitment agency were based upon the position description, expected responsibilities, and the individual candidate's experience requirements for the Executive Director position within the regional marketplace. |
