Part VI, section a. - LINE 7B ANY CHANGES TO THE BY-LAWS OF THE CLUB REQUIRE A VOTE BY MEMBERSHIP. A deed of trust or mortgage cannot be placed against the main Clubhouse building, known as 405 Washington Avenue, or the real estate that lies beneath the building, or the real estate owned by the club which adjoins such real estate on the west side thereof, nor can any of such properties be sold, without prior approval by a majority of those members voting by a written mail ballot. PART VI, section b. - LINE 11b THE GENERAL MANAGER, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER, AND ACCOUNTING MANAGER WILL REVIEW THE FORM 990 PRIOR TO FILING.
