What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Association of Educational Support Staff, Inc.s mission is to coordinate the efforts of its members, so as to enable each member to speak with a common voice on all matters of mutual concerns, to represent individual and common interests before the Board of Education and other legal authorities; to develop and promote a continuing program to secure and maintain better employment benefits, uniform practices, sound retirement systems, and improvements in terms and conditions of employment to promote the general welfare of the school district, to advance standards, and to establish and maintain good community relations.
