Conflict of interest policy compliance Part VI line 12c	The foundation has a conflict of interest policy that is enforced and annually given to the board to read, review and follow. To ensure the foundation operates in a manner consistent with charitable purposes and does not engage in activities that could jeopardize its tax-exempt status, periodic reviews shall be conducted.
