Part X : FIN48 Footnote The Project has been granted tax-exempt status under I.R.C. 501(c)(4). Under the provisions of this section, the Project pays no income tax on any revenue related to its exempt purpose. The Project is required to file an annual IRS form 990 information return with the Internal Revenue Service. In the opinion of management, the Project did not enter into any transactions that may be subject to income tax on unrelated business income during the year ended June 30, 2016. Tax years that remain subject to examination are 2013, 2014, and 2015.
