    We respectfully request that late filing penalties be waived. During 2015 we moved our accounts from Merrill Lynch to Morgan Stanley which complicated the accounting for the year. In addition, the accountant who prepares our returns was ill for several weeks during November - January and thus encountered delays in finalizing the accounting and preparation of our returns.
