Form 990, Part VI, Line 3: Description of Delegated Duties to Management Company	A leased employee is utilized to manage the operations of the organization. Duties include noticing meetings, preparation and retention of meeting minutes, contact will all organization members for business purposes; press & media relations, liason with the cities of Camarillo, Oxnard & Ventura, in addition to other duties associated with operations of the organization.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 11b: Form 990 Review Process	The form 990 is presented to the board by the treasurer and the preparer during one of the organizations regularly held meetings.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 12c: Explanation of Monitoring and Enforcement of Conflicts	The organization requires that all board members review the conflict of interest policy and submit a form which discloses any conflicts. This procedure is conducted on an annual basis. There were no known conflicts during the fiscal year.
