What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? KEY CLUB IS AN INTERNATIONAL STUDENT-LED ORGANIZATION WHICH PROVIDES ITS MEMBERS WITH OPPORTUNITIES TO PROVIDE SERVICE, BUILD CHARACTER, AND DEVELOP LEADERSHIP. TO DEVELOP COMPETENT, CAPABLE, AND CARING LEADERS THROUGH THE VEHICLE OF SERVICE.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 CONVENTIONS- THE ORGANIZATION HOLDS A DISTRICT AND AN INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION EACH YEAR. THE DISTRICT CONVENTION IS HELD IN MID-WINTER AND IS A THREE DAY EVENT. THE DISTRICT CONVENTION CONSISTS OF CAUCUSING AND THE ELECTION OF THE NEW DISTRICT BOARD AND OFFICERS, LEADERSHIP TRAINING, AND SERVICE PROJECTS, ETC. THE INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION IS HELD IN THE SUMMER AND LASTS THREE DAYS. MEMBERS FROM ACROSS THE GLOBE COME TOGETHER TO ELECT THE INCOMING INTERNATIONAL OFFICERS, RECEIVE LEADERSHIP TRAINING, HEAR ABOUT THE PROGRESS OF THE ORGANIZATION, THE WORLD WIDE EFFORTS, PRESENT INTERNATIONAL OUTSTANDING SERVICE AWARDS, AND PROMOTE YOUTH LEADERS.
