Incentive awards are determined based upon performance, behaviors and budget availability. YPOs approach to executive compensation is to target the 50% percentile of the market for total compensation. For this group of individuals, compensation may trend up to the 75% percentile based upon performance, contribution, behaviors and budget availability. YPO strives to administer its compensation programs in a manner that is consistent, objective and free of discrimination in theory, application and practice. |
