Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 4 Significant Changes to Governing Documents: Changes to the bylaws include: *International council will now function as a governing board consisting of one international president and six vice presidents. *Many approval process previously overseen by Vice Presidents, are now approved by the International Council itself or its designee. *The international president shall serve for a two year term and may serve two consecutive terms. Each vice president shall serve for a two year term and be eligible to serve three consecutive terms. * All proposed amendments to the bylaws shall be submitted electronically to each chapter by the Executive Director at least four months before the Convention. *Various other changes were made to new membership and committee membership requirements.
