What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The Association reviews engineering standards, market trends and best business practices for internal engine "hard" parts manufacturing members. It also acts as a collector of statistics as needed by the manufacturers.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 The organization held the fall 2015 meeting on October 6, 2015, at HHI Formtech in Royal Oak, Michigan. There were 16 members in attendance including an attorney from KK&R. Members received a tour of the facility and learned about different types of processing. Members also heard a presentation from Jeff Jowett and Joe Langley with IHS Automotive regarding the North American Light Vehicle and Powertrain Outlook.

29 The principles networking and meeting was help April 18 through April 19, 2016, in Scottsdale, Arizona. Seventeen members attended this meeting including an attorney from KK&R. Scott Ulnick spoke regarding trends affecting engine parts manufacturers. Dan Kahn presented to the members on social and digital marketing in the manufacturing/aftermarket sector.
